Leaving door even slightly open enables rodents to enter into facility. Rodent infestation in facility in the past resulted in Closure of restaurant.

- No evidence of pests

- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot Holding achieving temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius
- Secondary cook step observed for donair - EXCELLENT!
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine - EXCELLENT WORK!
- Three compartment sink method in use and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT -EXCELLENT WORK!
- Staff demonstrated proper wash-rinse-sanitize and air dry methods. Air drying observed at sink - EXCELLENT WORK!
- Three functional sink plugs available for use observed
- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items
- Receipts available for inspection
- Pest proof containers for all dry storage items
- Scoops placed external to dry storage bins
- Light covers in place
- All food items with lids in coolers and freezer units
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- Good hand washing practices observed - EXCELLENT WORK!
