Routine inspection conducted:

- Walk in cooler temperature less than 4C
- Walk in freezer at less than -18C
- Store floor coolers at 4C or less
- Freezers functional
- Front store area in sanitary condition.
- No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection. Pest control measures are in place
- No cans observed to be badly dented or dented near seal
- Audited random selection of infant/baby formula and meal replacement

NOTE: Fresh produce items - banana, oranges, lemon, apples, etc are added to the store. Only one shelving unit is dedicated for fresh produce in storage area.
NOTE: Ensure that all food contact surfaces and storage surfaces are sanitized using chlorine sanitizer (bleach solution) prepared by mixing one teaspoon in one gallon of water in spray bottle or one tablespoon in one litre of water (i.e. 100ppm chlorine residual)
- Please keep food items off the floor in the back storage area (i.e. do not store under shelving cases). Shelf space available.
NOTE:- Ensure that anything close to expiry is removed from shelves (Nestle Goodstart formula large boxes expiring in five days)
