Routine inspection:

COVID-19 preventative measures in place. Premise restricted to take out only with seating pushed aside. Floor markings in place to remind customers about the 2 meter physical distancing requirement.

Front hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing. 200ppm quats available in the sanitize sink.
Liquid soap and paper towels provided at the 3 compartment sink.
200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottle.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Donair cone shaved down to frozen section and ready to wrap for placing back into freezer.
