A routine inspection was completed:
- Assembly coolers 4C or colder; upright kithen coolers 3C or colder; walk-in-cooler 0C; upright kitchen freezers -17C or colder; walk-in-freezer -21C; hot holding units above 60C; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily.
- High temperature dishwasher had a rinse cycle of 78.1C at the plate's surface as per max/min thermometer.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizers in spray bottles had strength of 200ppm.
- Chlorine sanitizer in cloth buckets had [Cl2] strength of 200ppm. Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles had [Cl2] over 200ppm. Bleach solution in cloth buckets are changed every 2 hours.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves and racks.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- All surfaces are in good working order.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Exhaust canopy and filters are clean. These were professionally cleaned in June 2024, next professional service and cleaning due in December 2024 as per service sticker. Keep up the regular cleaning of the exhaust canopy and filters, between professional cleanings.
- Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Valid health permit and decal posted.

REMINDER
- Inspect food containers and their lids for damage (cracks, chips, melted, etc.) every day. Throw away any damaged items as the cracks will allow bacteria to grow in them, and/or pieces of plastics could break off into food.
