- Hot water tank has been repaired, hot water was 62 C at tap
- Hand sink was easily accessible
- No food was being prepared down side hallway.
NOTE: still found inserts at time of arrival to have food on them while put away on clean shelf, were washed at time of inspection.

NOTE: hand sink will be re-installed in a couple of weeks

Premises is ok to open.
