Follow up to report MBEK-CUQR7S. Bleach water sanitizer available at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Wiping cloth stored in sanitizer. Food is protected from potential contamination. Food is covered, no mould observed. Food not stored in contact with open tin cans. General sanitation has improved since the previous inspection. Areas noted on previous report have been cleaned. Note: Some cleaning still required for walk-in cooler racks. Refer to previous routine inspection report dated August 15, 2023 for outstanding violation.
