Temperature log is available. bleach water sanitizer >100ppm concentration. dishwasher reached 80c at dishlevel. light covers are installed for each light bulb. Overall sanitation is adequate. Food safe certified workers onsite. new copy of temperature log records template provided to operator during this inspection.
