Hand wash stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.
Walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Upright freezer was at -17 to -18 deg C.
Under counter cooler and beverage cooler was at 3 deg C.
Hot holding for rice, beans, beef, chicken was 70 deg C or above.
Cold holding for cheese, sour cream, guacamole was at 4-5 deg C.
-Ensure to cover these items on the prep line cooler when not in use.
All food items were covered and stored off the floor.
No signs of pests noted at time of visit.
General sanitation was good. Floors, counter tops, dining area, washrooms were in sanitary condition.
