No mice were observed in traps. Orkin comes in to inspect once a month. Corrective Action(s): Ensure to clean and sanitize these areas as needed. Inform pest control company of activity and monitor and prevent any new rodent activity. Correction required in 3 weeks. Violation Score: 3

Premise in general is sanitary except for noted areas. Food protected from contamination. Pan leafs are from an approved source and stored in a safe manner. All coolers are at 4C or below. Stand up display freezer at -12C. Temperature probes and monitoring of units in use. Washrooms are available with working fully stock hand sinks. Hot and cold water available. 2 compartment sink available and in use with liquid soap and paper towels. 200 ppm chlorine bleach bottle available and in use. Valid Permit in visible location.
