Observation: Low temp mechanical dishwasher was run at the time of inspection and 0ppm chlorine residual observed. Staff stated that dishwasher has leakage issue and technician has been called. In the mean time, 3 compartment dishwashing sink has been used for manual dishwashing. 200ppm QUATS available at the dispensing unit and only single use take out containers are being used.
Corrective Action(s): Please repair the dishwasher and ensure that it can adequately wash and sanitize the dishes/food contact surfaces. Notify your district EHO once the dishwasher has been serviced.

Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of walk in cooler and cold wells recorded at or below 4C
- Hot holding units recorded above 60C
- All handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in sanitizer pails.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink available for manual dishwashing. 200ppm QUATS recorded at the dispensing unit.
- Food handling and storage practices observed and found satisfactory.
- Ice machine maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp Sep 2, 2025)
- Permit posted at the front.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
