Routine Inspection conducted today.

High-temperature dishwasher measured at 76.1C final rinse temperature. 2-compartment sink available. Preparation sink available.
Stand-up cooler measured at 4C. Stand-up freezers measured at -18C. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration adheres to temperature health requirements. Thermometers in all cooling units available.
Exhaust hood sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Ensure regular cleaning done in hard to reach areas.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
