Follow-up inspection completed. Code 306 - Ceiling tiles replaced and in sanitary condition. Floors in walk-in cooler build-up and ice to be removed at later date. Will follow-up during next routine inspection. Code 308 Corrected. Gaskets on salad prep line cooler replaced and in good condition. Code 311 - Floor tiles near dishwashing area outstanding. To be followed up with during next routine inspection. Note: Presence of flies in premises has decreased - ensure to monitor this and maintain the premises pest free.
