Routine Inspection
- Hand wash stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- Walk in cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius
- Walk in Freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius.
- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius
- Hot holding temperature above 60 degree Celsius
- Cl and quats sanitizer available. Ensure the sanitizer is changed and checked as per your sanitation plan. Obtain quats test strips. Ensure all employees are only recording the concentration if it is checked.
- foodsafe trained staff available
Reminder: Time stamps for foods held at room temperature must be on at all times when storing foods at room temperature. Time stamps not in place at the time of inspection. This issues has been discussed in the past.
Note: Report signed on February 13,2018 due to health space issue. Quats test strips available, date stamps in place and ice machine cleaned.
