ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Rags held in clean sanitizer solution. Sanitizer solution adequately changed throughout the day. Remember to rinse sanitizer cloths
- Walk In cooler unit temperatures at temperatures of less than 4 degrees Celsius. Owner has been adjusting temperature controls to ensure products do not freeze overnight. Ensure walk in cooler temperatures are maintained at less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius.
- Additional cleaning has occurred - facility currently in EXCELLENT sanitary condition - CONTINUE THIS PRACTICE! EXCELLENT WORK!
- All food in coolers covered, walk in cooler unit has been organized to ensure raw meat is below ready to eat food items
- Shelves have been routinely cleaned and sanitized
