-Temp of all coolers and freezer satisfactory***Except the two drawer cooler in front - not in use - repair or remove it

-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand wash sink
-Temp of hot holding untis >60 o C
-Temp log sheet is up todate
-Hand sink has liquid soap and paper towel are provided
-General sanitation is ok
- Temp log sheet on site and up to date

*** Hot water tank was broken on March 25 till April 3 - facility been operating without hot water ??? spoke with GM on phone- NO HOT WATER NO SERVICE or have a back up plan which does not compromise the sanitation of the facility and foods.
*** Discussed no bare hand contact with ready to eat products use spatula , tongs, spoon or disposable gloves
-Submit an action plan to address all noted violation and *** items no later then March 5-2024 via email to the district inspector
