Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a container of water with mixing spoons stored in it. Temperature of water was measured at 20C. The spoons and container is washed and sanitized at this time. Ensure the in-use utensils are stored in ice or clean empty container to prevent microbial growth.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed an open bag of tapioca flour. The bag was resealed at this time. Ensure any open bag of foods are either resealed or transferred to a food grade container with a tight fitting lid.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations were fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Pearl is hot held at 60C. Ensure the batch of pearl is routinely stirred to eliminate cold spots.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 76.6C at the plate level.
2 compartment sink used for manual dishwashing.
Chlorine sanitizer solutions measured at 200 ppm as per test strips.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
General sanitation is adequate.
Routine pest control in place. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
Ice cream machine was not operational at this time. Service required to fix the machine.
The facility is to start recording temperature for every coolers on site. Temperature logs will be reviewed in subsequent inspections.
