Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution in three compartment sink observed to be at concentrations less than 200ppm QUAT - 50-100 ppm observed.
.CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - EHO and staff manually dispensed sanitizer solution such that 200ppm QUAT was achieved.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure testing strips on site are used daily to test sanitizer solution and change solution at an adequate frequency throughout the day.

Unit functioning in morning as sink was found to be at a higher concentration than what was achieved upon arrival of inspector.

Corrective Action(s): Have sanitizer dispensing unit serviced by technician.
REPAIR UNIT IMMEDIATELY. Use hand dispensing in combination with testing strips until such time as unit can be repaired. Ensure all staff are made aware of malfunctioning unit and to test solution daily and add additional sanitizer from manufacturer container as necessary.
