dishwasher rinse cycle has traces of sanitizer but I would like to see the concentration at 100ppm. Operator to increase sanitizer residual to 100ppm. follow up inspection will be done to confirm increase of sanitizer. no other concerns premise is clean coolers at 4C freezers at -18C sinks stocked with soap and paper towels food is properly stored
