Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean the above noted areas. Correct immediately. Clean fresh foods area on a frequent basis to deter pest activity and for general sanitation.

Routine inspection:

Management aware of pest issues and continues to work with pest control company to monitor and take necessary corrective action. Monitoring traps setup throughout the premise. See above for more frequent cleaning that is required in the fresh foods section.

Store:
All food stored off the floor.
Cake display cooler at 4 degrees C. Freezer at -15 degrees C.
All baked goods stored off the floor.
Self serve cabinets closed to protect baked goods from contamination. Individual tongs available for use.
Bulk dry food product bins clean and provided with individual scoops for dispensing. Scoops stored outside of dry products and in a sanitary manner.
Display cooler for fresh vegetables, packaged food products etc. at or below 4 degrees C.
Display coolers for deli meats and fresh meats at or below 4 degrees C.
Display freezer at -18 degrees C.
Freezers along aisles at or below -18 degrees C.
