Follow-up inspection to report #JMAA-BJSW46. The following was noted at time of inspection:
Shelving is now maintained in very good sanitary condition. No rodent droppings were noted on or underneath any of the shelving areas
Packaging is intact for all food products. Please note that if any food products are punctured, they are to be discarded.
Kitchen area is in significantly improved sanitary condition. Crevices between equipment have been thoroughly cleaned, and grease has been removed from areas underneath the cook line
Area underneath slurpie machine is maintained in good sanitary condition. Reminder that syrups should be contained within the unit and cannot spill over as this will lead to unsanitary conditions that may be an attractant for rodent or pest activity
Professional pest control company had arrived on December 10 and December 13, 2019. Reports were shown to the covering Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health. Pest control company to arrive on a weekly basis, and staff have been instructed to conduct daily checks of the store to monitor for signs of pests/rodents. All sightings will be referred to the pest control company for follow-up.

Thank you for your co-operation. Continue to maintain your area in good sanitary condition, and remove any equipment not required on premise.
