Follow-up inspection conducted today for report # 258461
The following concerns outlined in report # 258461 have been addressed:
- Floors underneath undercounter cooler at bar area finished
- Preparation cooler measured at
- Oven and meat slicer stored in dry storage area in sanitary manner.
- Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- No changes in floor layout as per updated floor plan submitted
- QUATS sanitizer spray bottles and buckets measured at 200 ppm
- Low temperature dishwasher measured at 50 ppm chlorine. 2-compartment sink, food preparation sink available. Note 3-compartment sink at bar area being used as handwashing sink.
- Stand-up coolers, walk-in cooler, undercounter cooler measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezers measured at -18C or lower. Hot hodling units measured at 60C or higher.
- Dry storage areas, ice machine, exhaust hood vents observed to be in sanitary condition.
Health Approval Granted. This does not exempt you from getting other approval from other regulating agencies.
Cheque # 0023 received payable to Fraser Health for amount of $ 41.67 for Health operating permit fee from February 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024)
Any changes in floor plan and/or services warrants health approval.
