304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Several mouse droppings observed in the dry storage room and in the walk in cooler. Pest control company currently coming in every two weeks. Hole in wall also observed in the dry storage room (bottom shelf at back right corner, at base of shelf above). Corrective Action(s): Pull out all product in the dry storage room, remove all droppings and sanitize shelves. Plug hole in pantry (described above also shown to owner). Move all non-fixed racks/risers in the walk in cooler and give a deep clean, removing all droppings and food debris. Due: Friday September 1, 2023 Violation Score: 9

Note: Reviewed last pest control inspection and there were two areas identified that require addressing. Owner stated that they have already arranged to have their maintenance person address those two items and the repair is anticipated to be complete within the next two weeks.
