Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Staff washroom also fully supplied. Shop sells soft serve ice cream, slushies and ice cream slush, coffee, milk, ice cream, confectionaries. No cones, dispenses into single use cups only. Fridges <4C. Freezers <-18C. Ensure that equipment is taken apart and cleaned with a manufacturer's specific sanitizer on a regular basis. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Seal is tight and pest proof at back door. Dry goods are stored above the ground. Back area could use some sweeping (behind pop lines).
