Observation: Bar glass washer: Sanitizer bottle was empty and dry. Line from sanitizer bottle was also empty and dry.
Operator swapped out sanitizer bottle for a full one but after 2 runs, sanitizer line is still running dry.
Corrective Action(s): Use the kitchen commercial dishwasher until glass washer at the bar is fixed.
Fix the bar glass washer. Ensure between 50-100ppm Chlorine is dispensed along the sanitizing side of the glass washer.

-Food is stored in covered containers; food storage is organized in coolers to prevent contamination

Maintenance and Sanitation
-Dishwasher - Final rinse temperature is >71C at the plate surface (73.1C measured)
-Sanitizer bottles/buckets - have 100ppm Chlorine
-Storage of chemicals is separate and away from food
-Condition of equipment and surfaces - food contact surfaces and equipment are in good repair and clean condition
