Follow-up inspection to check status re: pest control: -Orkin/PCO pest control services have been acquired by the operator (1 yr contract) -Multiple rodent traps have been placed on the exterior perimeter and interior of the premises -Rodent activity areas are being cleaned/disinfected to protect the food while acute pest control measures are underway -Ensure to continue cleaning and disinfection measures while pest activity is still present -Walk-in cooler is no longer being used to store potentially-hazardous foods (operator plans to replace with new display coolers).
