Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Both spray bottles in kitchen did not have any detectable chlorine nor quaternary ammonia.
- Chemical in janitor's closet usually used for food contact surfaces states that there needs to be a 10 minute contact time before a rinse
Corrective Action(s):
No other chemicals in janitors closet or storage room appear to be suitable for food contact surfaces. Manager to contact chemical supplier for either:
- confirmation that chemical can be used on food contact surfaces OR
- another approved chemical that can be used on for food contact surfaces

Until either of the above is confirmed, use a chlorine solution (1tbsp in 4L of water for a 100ppm solution) for food contact surfaces.

Observation: Leak in upright two door cooler by fans is dripping water onto foods.
Corrective Action(s):
- Maintenance contacted; cooler to be repaired by Monday.
- Foods removed from directly underneath drip and placed in other cooler
- Collection bucket placed on top shelf to protect other foods - empty frequently

- dishwasher reached 71C at the final rinse cycle
- general sanitation is satisfactory
- no obvious signs of pests
