Ensure to store food within the cooler to keep food below 4C. Food was rotated to be stored in 4C or below within the cooler. Corrective Action(s): Ensure storage of food is not over stocked and maintained at 4C or below. Violation Score: 5

Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand sink with liquid soap and paper towels available. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing. Food protected from contamination. Food is from an approved source. Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs. Single use items and storage are sanitary. Quat sanitizer in use at 200 ppm. Hand sanitizer available for self service stations. Slurpie machine currently is in use and is sanitary. Holding units: Sandwich island 0 to 4C, Glass display cooler milk at 2.6C, Chest freezer -25C ice cream, Starbucks cooler 4C creamers, stand up milk shake freezer -18C. Facility in compliance after correction. No further concerns.
