Store closed at time of inspection. Limited food store sales and coffee offered on weekends. Operator plans to open cafe next summer (july 1st est.). Ventless oven and fryer clean and look in good shape. Kitchen old but in good condition. Dipper well for ice cream. 3 comp sink with one shared for handwashing. Mix of commercial and domestic coolers/freezer. Call for inspection prior to recommencing full food service.
