-Follow-up inspection to July 27, 2018. -Bleach sanitizer solution was properly labelled and at 100ppm. -Falafel supplied from the unapproved source (home made) has been removed. Did not find other foods items which appeared to be made at an unapproved facility. -Fly tape has been removed from the facility. -Food items were properly stored off the floor at the time of inspection. -A few scoops were still found stored in the bulk foods. Ensure scoops are properly stored in a sanitary manner. -Pressed Yogurt which is reportioned properly labelled with the name of the product, ingredients, and name of the store. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
