- Handsinks at the front and back area are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel - All coolers are less than 4C - Freezer functional, measured at -18C - Temperature records available. - Quats sanitizer available in labelled spray bottles and in three compartment sink at 200 ppm. - Sink plugs available for 3 compartment sink. - Dry storage area organized and in sanitary condition. - Staff washroom sanitary. Hand sink provided with soap and paper towels. - No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection. - Food safe certification is verified. (Refer to paper report, healthspace was not working)
