2. Take all removable parts to the dishwasher. Use bleach water (100ppm) to clean the device with a clean wiping cloth.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A handsink was used for thawing foods and no paper towel in a dispenser.

2. Botton of a carboard box was touching frozen pork belly below in the walk in freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Always place the raw meat/seafoods on the bottom rack in the walk in cooler. Provide a lid or a cover for all stored food items.
