Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Corn was stored in an opened metal can. This is a continuing violation.
Corrective Action(s): Once canned foods are opened the contents must be transferred into a food grade container to prevent potential contamination of foods. Core was transferred at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 28, 2019.
-Walk-in cooler has been serviced and was adjusted. Cooler unit was at 3C. Continue to monitor cooler and service as needed.
-Hot potentially hazardous foods are now cooled on a shallow tray at room temperature, prior to transferring into the walk-in cooler for final cooling. Chicken and beef made the previous day was at 4C.
-Food items were properly stored off the ground.
-No frozen foods were thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection.
