Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.
Walk-in cooler registered 2-3 deg C.
Upright freezer was at -20 deg C.
Prep line cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
White fridge was at 3-4 deg C. Top freezer was at -15 deg C.
Hot holding for chicken and gravy was >65 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Staff wearing clean uniforms, hair restraint and disposable aprons.
Wiping cloths and mats are collected and cleaned by contracted cleaning company.
Washrooms were in sanitary condition.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Note: Manager to provide a copy of Food Safe 1 training.
Ensure there is one person with Food Safe 1 training on duty at all times.
