Inspection report: 252749 Met with owners and they submitted the permit fee ( $87.50 ) - all renovation has been completed as per approved floor plan - new janitorial area installed - copy of the certificate FS lev 1 training provided - high temperature dishwasher - reached 82C at the final rinse ( please ensure that the " rinse gauge" is in working condition ) - pest control is " Green Valley/ invoice to be available for the last site inspection - chemical dispensing system - installed and quats used as approved sanitizer/ test strips in use for daily monitoring of sanitizer Permit to operate has been issued
