Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employee at service counter dries hands with a moist and dirty towel prior to grabbing bags according to operator. This is not acceptable. Hands will become contaminated if the towel is dirty. Use disposable paper towel instead or wash hands properly.
