Observation: The following areas require thorough cleaning on routine basis:
1. All ceilings, walls and behind hard to reach areas and large equipment including cooking area.
2. All coolers must be cleaned and sanitized on regular basis inside and outside of coolers.
3. All freezers need to be cleaned.
Corrective Action(s): All of these items must be corrected as soon as possible.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Stand up cooler in main kitchen area requires new seal on door. This must be replaced so temperature of cooler doesnt fluctuate.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace cooler door seal. This must be done by March 1, 2019.

Comments

Routine inspection.
No menu items have been changed.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers are 4c or below.
All freezers are -18c or below.
No hot holding units are in operation onsite at this time.
Dishwasher reached 100ppm concentration for sanitize cycle.
Bleach water sanitizer is available onsite in prep areas. Sanitizer found at 100ppm concentration in spray bottles.
All spray bottles are labeled appropriately.
Foods are being stored in dry storage area and are located off the floor.
All foods are being stored in containers with lids.
NOTE: Ensure all containers are labelled properly.
No pest issues noted during time of inspection.
Ideal Pest Control is contracted for monthly inspections.
All employees observed to be wearing uniforms/hair restraint.
Health permit is posted on wall where it is visible to the public.

The following items require operators attention:
1. See above noted violations
2. Provide Environmental health officer with lastest pest control reports. These can be emailed to environmental health officer.
3. ENSURE ALL EXPIRED FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES ARE RENEWED.
