Paper towel still not available;WypAll is in use for hand washing stations. The staff on site claimed that a delivery is going to be on Monday. Clean utensils are stored safely at the time of inspection. All cleaning agents labeled and stored safely at the time of inspection. Front hand sink - satisfactory; Small sausage under-counter cooler at 0.1 C; (Note: a insert thermometer is in a cooler; Recommended: please provide a permanent thermometer for this cooler. )
