-Limited menu, takeout only. BBQ kitchen and dimsum kitchen are currently closed.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests, pest control is coming on site monthly.
Bleach sanitizer solution was at 100 ppm.
The dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 74 C at the plate level.
The glasswasher had 50 ppm chlorine.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
