Temperatures:
2 door soft drink cooler (Coca Cola): 2.7°C
Pizza prep cooler: not working at time of inspection
Unit to be replaced. Currently upper level is filled with ice and products used for 4 hours before discarding.
Walk-in cooler: 0.9°C
Chest freezer (Galanz): Removed

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
QUATS sanitizer in spray bottle and in sink measured 200ppm
3 compartment sink available for dish and ware washing
Used equipment (e.g. pizza cutter) stated to be cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours

Storage:
All food items stored at least 6" off the floor
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners stored separate from food preparation/storage areas;
recommended to further separate or install a divider between chemicals and take out boxes in back storage.
Tomato sauce for pizza (for use) stored at room temperature for 8 hours before discarding as per head office instructions. Products labelled.
