Public Comments General sanitation is good. Note (same issue as per the previous inspection): Bit ice accumulation under the storage shelf And on storage shelf in the walk-in cooler. Hand sinks supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels. Coolers < or = to 4.0 C. Freezers (walk-in & small freezer ) < or = to -18.0 C. Thermometers for cold units - available. Food items covered with proper lids/labeled. Temperature log - available. High temperature dishwasher (for the store utensils and items only) - satisfactory. Surface sanitizer available in bucket with presoaked wipes at 200 ppm Quat solution. Dry storage area is good/well organized. No signs of pest activity. Staff washroom - clean/supplied with hot & cold running water; liquid soap and paper towel. Fan hoods - satisfactory.
