-no foods stored under sinks
-2-Door display fridge has thermometer at food level

--> some logs indicate temperature readings over 4 deg. C
re-checks are required to verify <=4 deg. C and/or servicing is required --> indicate on your log sheets
-ice scooper in washable bucket
-wiping towels in bleach solution sanitizer > 100 ppm
