Observation: Small flies were noted in the dry storage room, the washer room, and the janitor's room in the universal washroom. Mouse droppings were noted in the dry storage room.
Correction: Operator is to clean and sanitize areas. Ensure cleaning is done at least weekly in storage areas and hard to reach areas.
