- Undercounter refrigerator at 4 degrees Celsius
- Domestic dishwasher available
*Thermolabels provided to operator to self-confirm temperature of dishwashing cycle (should reach 71 degrees Celsius or higher temp)
- No surface sanitizer available at time of inspection. Facility was not in-use at time of inspection.

Gallery Kitchen:
