Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mildew and mould growth observed in the ice machine. The operator removed ice and initiated cleaning/sanitizing protocol at this time.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station was fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
General sanitation is great (see an exception in the violation section).
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers measured at -18C or less.
2 compartment sink with drain plugs and residential dishwasher available for dishwashing.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control service in place.
General food storage practice is adequate.
