- This inspection report was completed off-site and a copy emailed to the store manager. The observations/findings of the inspection were reviewed on site with the store manager at time of inspection:
- All coolers 4C or less (walk in, retail..etc)
- All retail freezers -18C or less
- Good general sanitation. No obvious signs of pest activity.
- Quat sanitizer available at dispenser - 200ppm.
- Staff washroom, customer washroom and staff room hand sinks fully equipped.
- Staff washroom door is self closing.
COVID protocols: COVID safety plan available on site, barriers at POS, floor markers in place, signage at entrance (mask, physical distancing...etc), hand sanitizer available, all staff were masked. Ensure high touch non food contact surfaces are disinfected with an appropriate (Health Canada approved) disinfectant that is effective for the COVID-19 virus and practical for food retail areas (ie. less contact time required per manufacturer instructions is ideal). |
