Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Packs of frozen food and sauce was being thawed in the 3 compartment sink
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that frozen food products are being thawed in the cooler at 4C or below, under running cold water, or in cold water bath changing it every 30 mins to prevent pathogen growth.
Operator removed items from sink and into the cooler.

Routine Inspection:
- Hand wash stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels
- Cooling units (walk in, display, under counter) at 4C or below
- Freezer at -18C
- Hot holding units maintained at 60C or above
- 3 compartment sink available for manual ware washing
- Quats sanitizer dispenser and spray bottles at 200 ppm, quats test strips are available
- Temperature records are being maintained daily for rotisserie chicken
NOTE: Ensure temperatures of the coolers and freezer are recorded daily as well
- Food are stored 6 in/15 cm off the ground
- Food are labelled with the best before dates
- No pest control activity observed during inspection. Ongoing pest control company contract, biweekly visits, records are available.
