Comments

-Food is delivered hot each day from Tayybeh Restaurant in Vancouver. Food is delivered in metal inserts which are returned to the restaurant the next day to be washed and sanitized. Teachers dispense food to students. -Dishware for all 3 rooms are washed and santized in a Household Bosch Dishwasher with sanitizing cycle. Sanitizing cycle is always used -hand sinks fully equipped with soap and paper towels -temperatures of fridges at 4C -Bleach spray bottle at 100ppm -Discussed procedures with staff -Staff had questions about cleaning and disinfection procedures due to several ill children. Discussed cleaning and sanitizing procedures, referred to Licensing Officer for further follow up
