Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front of display cooler was at 10-11 deg C. Internal temp of sandwiches was at 6-7 deg C (less than 2 hours).
Corrective Action(s): Keep sandwiches stored in the back of the display cooler where it is at 1-2 deg C. Monitor this display cooler closely.
