Comments

General sanitation is good. Store individual creamers in another cooler. The countertop display cooler containing the juice is not cold enough for dairy product. Creamers were 50F and should be 40F/4C or below. Tiles lifted under the fryers. Temperature of refrigeration and hot holding units are satisfactory. Temperature records are maintained.
