A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations ere made:
- Premises is just freezer storage of product.
- Walk-in-freezer was -20C; thermometer present; and temperature recorded daily.
- Sanitation is good. No signs of pests.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on pallets; and foods stored in groups to prevent contamination.
- All in order.
